<p>What we did?</p>
<p>1.Quit connection (disconnect) from Sun Broadband.</p>
<p>2.Remove the usb (<a href="http://www.suncellular.com.ph/broadband_postpaid.php" target="_blank">Sun Broadband</a> unit).</p>
<p>3.Clear all data catch of my laptop.</p>
<p>4.Re-start the laptop.</p>
<p>5.Wait for 3 minutes before plugging in the unit.</p>
<p>6.Connect the unit and go to speed test. The result was the above picture (after more than 5 minutes of waiting).</p>
<p>7.Wait for another 2 mintues while they check the signal in my area.</p>
<p>Verdict: &#8220;<strong>No problem in your area but we will make a report. Kindly observe your connection Sir and report to us&#8221;.</strong></p>
<p>Observed? I have been experiencing this kind of connection for the past week that is why I am calling to report!<strong><br />
</strong></p>
<p>From satisfied to very frustrated customer here. The Sun Wireless center at SM Annex, Cyberzone was of no help either.</p>
<p>Before you sign up think again.</p>
