After attending three Yoga sessions, lots of perspiration and trying those nerve and muscle wrecking exercises, I have come to conclude that I would stick to this discipline as much as I could.
I need to have a lot of motivation, determination, discipline and dedication so help me God.
As they say the advantages of regular exercises are too many to ignore. I am learning this principle by experience. No matter what your age are there is always appropriate asanas (posture) for you.
I love hearing those words of encouragement and motivation coming from our Yoga Instructor,
1. Yoga is not a competition. Normal breathing should be maintained while doing Yoga postures.
2. Don’t force your body to do any poses (Asanas).
3. Don’t get intimidated if the person near you can perform those poses while you can’t do it. Each person has his/ her own flexibility.
4. Learn at your own pace. It is all right it at first you could not do it. Only up to what you can reach.(“Hanggang kaya lang”). With regular practice you could do it too.
Right now I am feeling better than ever.
1 .I doesn’t feel pain now on my knees if I tried to walk or stand for more than an hour. Previously, I could feel my knee joints seem to snap from its socket that I have to drag my foot sideways to ease the pressure of my walking or standing.
2. I could now sit on the floor without feeling numb even for more than 30 minutes
3. I could sleep more soundly now.
4. My right hand “trigger finger syndrome” has disappeared although I could still feel a little pain on my three arthritic fingers.
5. The pain on my left shoulder has diminished tremendously. Thanks to those exercises that was taught to me for that purpose.
Last Sunday November 22, 2009 when I was able to find the time to go to MCU Hospital and had my blood tested. Then upon getting the result I went to My Diabetes Doctor the afternoon of that day. I got a 6.1 mmol (6.1 x 18= 109.8 mg) FBS result which according to my Doctor was my best result so far for this year of 2009. My uric acid was also normal although my HBA1C is not ideal. (HBA1C indicates your blood glucose levels for the previous two to three months. The HbA1c measures the amount of glucose that is being carried by the red blood cells in the body). I believe this would go down as well as what my FBS have shown this past week.
For now I would be adding Yoga practice in my morning regimen and try to practice twice a day as much as I can.
I am finding the time to practice at least twice a day giving me very little time to indulge in watching T.V. and surfing the internet now.
Would give you more update later friends.

I just wanted to try this practice to at least relieve my body pain. But from the testimony of my fellow Yoga classmates, I have learned that many of them also have body pains before and was cured. Some have been relieved from stress while another one have lost weight of 30 lbs in 2 months. For now I am enjoying every minute of my stay.
what i feel when i was starting is sakit ng katawan talaga pero tulad ng sinabi mo, i can sleep comfortably at night, sayang nga lang dahil ndi ko na naipagpatuloy kasi mahal and free trial lang ang kaya ko, hehehe!

Cindyrella- no pain no gain sabi nila. Hehehe. Pero ang sabi kasi sa amin, huwag muna namin pilitin ang mga posture kung hindi namin kaya.May kanya-kanya kasi tayong flexibility. Hindi naman daw competition yan.For now, ifeel good kasi na relax ang mga baody pains ko after those exercises.
Very useful info, partner. Actually, my legs downwards also start to feel painful lately and I think it’s what we call rayuma.
Unfortunately, wala akong panggastos sa mga Yoga na yan so I just exercise a bit and add rest.

Partner, nag compute kasi ako. Mas mahal ang gamot ko for one week sa pain reliever at pang relax ng muscle. Kaya nag decide ako na i-try. At least natural healing kung successful, hehehe.
I added your blog to bookmarks. And i’ll read your articles more often!
Thanks John, I’ll add your site as soon as later, okay.
