Firefox Needs To Close

I am sure a lot of us internet user have encountered this problem.

Firefox.exe had encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Internet blog hopping and Entrecard dropping is very tiresome and frustrating. Re-starting your firefox only to be closed again.

This is the reason why I failed to reciprocate those people who made their EC drops on this site for the past days. I am very sorry.

I first suspected that my desktop was infected again by a virus. I have tried uninstalling and deleting the mozilla firefox folder in my “Program Files “folder (Drive C).

Then re-installing it again but it gave me the same result. Then I tried using the Internet Explorer in dropping EC card. At first it seems to go on smoothly but after a while even the Explorer closes itself again. The good thing about the internet being the source of information, as I have learned is for us to be patient and we will find the answer.

I forgot the site from where I find this solution: Use safe mode in opening the firefox.exe

Then disable all add-ons. It works perfectly. The site also mentions to enable add-on one by one until you find out what causes the problem.

I don’t have much time in doing it so I am living firefox as it is right now.  I just hope I’ll be able to find the site again to give him due credit.

Perhaps other techie people can give me enough explanation on this one?
