Loyalty Cards, Discount Card etc…

Friends, did you have the problem of keeping plastic cards in your wallet like me?  Please read on about my latest card.

My regular wallet was bulging with cards instead of cash (which is I am always short of). I have to have another wallet just to put them in one place.

There is this usual  Credit card,  VIP Customer Concierge card, Eng Bee Tin VIP card, NBI Clearance Renewal Card, Voter’s ID, TIN ID card, EON Union Bank Card, Mercury drug Suki card, SSS ID card, Health card, Company ID, ATM card and not to mention my calling card. I have given to other B.M. the Sogo and Nice Hotel discount card.

I just don’t why and how this cards keep coming.

My favorite now is this Unilab Icompli LRI card. My good Doctor, Dra Ilagan had given me this card almost two or three months ago but I always left this at home. I have never tried ordering medicine by phone.

I am used at ordering food from our favorite fast food chain and have them deliver in my home or at the office. My children know by heart the hotline numbers of delivery service so that just mention the name of the fast food chain and they would recite to you the number. It just show how my family’s love eating isn’t it? LPG can also be ordered by phone but that is my wife’s terretory. Flowers, Battery, Photos are some of the things that can also be ordered by phone.

The other day I tried to use this LRI card and order my medicine by phone. The lady on the other line is very eager to help me with my order making sure that I knew my medicine, the name of my Doctor and the quantity that was prescribe to me. I could sense that she love her job just by talking to her. She’s been very helpful. After telling me the amount of discounts and the free medicine I could have in line with their promo, I confirmed my order.

For the first time I felt comfort in buying my medicine just by dialing the hotline number. It save me a lot of time and effort from standing in line while waiting for my chance to be assisted by sales attendant in a drug store. Save from elbowing other people just to get the attention of those attendants who seem to look the other way or moved away when you try to reach for them (maybe just the product of my imagination).
