My wife bought condominium unit last year on an installment basis. She decided all by herself because she knew I would agree with it. It would be payable in two years time and at the time of her purchase they are offering a “No Down payment” scheme promo.
Of course I am happy with her decision. The only problem is that it was a condominium for the dead.

The place is very accessible being in the heart of the City of Manila.

I have to save more to pay for my Life plan so that my family would just make those phone calls when my time comes. I don’t like to be a burden to them. This is the reality of life that dying now a days is not only very expensive but a pain in the neck dealing with those vultures in the business.
